Occupations Code § 1603.256","heading":"PRACTICAL EXAMINATION.","body":"(a) The commission may require a practical examination as it considers necessary for a license issued under Subchapter E-1.\n(b) The department shall prescribe the method and content of any practical examination.\n(c) The following persons may administer a practical examination:\n(1) the department;\n(2) a person with whom the department contracts under Section 1603.252;\n(3) a licensed school that is approved by the department to administer the examination under Section 1603.252; or\n(4) the Windham School District.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 798 (S.B. 411), Sec. 1.01, eff.
