Occupations Code § 1603.3004","heading":"RENEWAL WHILE IN ARMED FORCES.","body":"(a) The department may not require the holder of a license issued under Subchapter E-1 who is serving on active duty in the United States armed forces to renew the person's license.\n(b) The department shall issue a renewal license on application and payment of the required renewal fee not later than the 90th day after the date the person is released or discharged from active duty in the United States armed forces.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 3.24, eff.
