Occupations Code § 1603.353","heading":"EMPLOYMENT OF LICENSE HOLDER.","body":"(a) A licensed school may not employ a person holding a license issued under Subchapter E-1 solely to perform the practices of barbering or cosmetology for which the person is licensed.\n(b) A person holding a license for an establishment may not employ or lease to a person to practice barbering or cosmetology at the establishment unless the person holds a license issued under Subchapter E-1.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 3.28, eff.
