Occupations Code § 1603.3605","heading":"REENTRY OF STUDENT AFTER WITHDRAWAL.","body":"If a student voluntarily withdraws or is terminated after completing 50 percent of the course at a private postsecondary school, the school shall allow the student to reenter at any time during the 48-month period following the date of withdrawal or termination unless the student presents a danger to the other students or staff of the school.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 3.29, eff.
