Occupations Code § 162.0024","heading":"CONTRACTUAL WAIVER PROHIBITED.","body":"(a) The requirements of this subchapter may not be voided or waived by contract.\n(b) Notwithstanding Subsection (a), a member of a health organization certified under Section 162.001(b) may establish ethical and religious directives and a physician may contractually agree to comply with those directives.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 670 (S.B. 1661), Sec. 1, eff.
