The contract must provide for board oversight and for the confidentiality of the information. If the board contracts with an independent entity that is not a governmental unit to carry out this subchapter, the independent entity is not immune from liability.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1420, Sec. 14.033(a), eff.
