Occupations Code § 165.103","heading":"RECOVERY OF EXPENSES BY ATTORNEY GENERAL; DEPOSIT.","body":"(a) The attorney general may recover reasonable expenses incurred in obtaining a civil penalty under this subchapter, including:\n(1) court costs;\n(2) reasonable attorney's fees;\n(3) investigative costs;\n(4) witness fees; and\n(5) deposition expenses.\n(b) A civil penalty recovered by the attorney general under this subchapter shall be deposited in the general revenue fund.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
