Occupations Code § 1701.305","heading":"EXAMINATION RESULTS.","body":"(a) The commission shall notify each examinee of the examination results not later than the 30th day after the date the examination is administered. If an examination is graded or reviewed by a national testing service, the commission shall notify each examinee of the examination results not later than the 14th day after the date the commission receives the results from the testing service.\n(b) If notice of the results of an examination graded or reviewed by a national testing service will be delayed for longer than 90 days after the examination date, the commission shall notify each examinee of the reason for the delay before the 90th day.\n(c) If requested in writing by a person who fails an examination, the commission shall provide to the person an analysis of the person's performance on the examination.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
