Occupations Code § 1701.403","heading":"INVESTIGATIVE HYPNOSIS.","body":"(a) The commission may establish minimum requirements for the training, testing, and certification of peace officers who use investigative hypnosis.\n(b) A peace officer may not use a hypnotic interview technique unless the officer:\n(1) completes a training course approved by the commission; and\n(2) passes an examination administered by the commission that is designed to test the officer's knowledge of investigative hypnosis.\n(c) The commission may issue a professional achievement or proficiency certificate to an officer who meets the requirements of Subsection (b).\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
