Occupations Code § 1701.506","heading":"APPEAL.","body":"(a) A person dissatisfied with an action of the commission may appeal the action under Chapter 2001, Government Code. The court shall set the matter for hearing not earlier than 10 days after written notice of the appeal is given to the commission and the commission's attorney.\n(b) The court may suspend an action of the commission pending a hearing. The order suspending the action takes effect when served on the commission. The commission shall provide its attorney a copy of the petition and order.\n(c) The attorney general or the district or county attorney shall represent the commission in the appeal.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
