Occupations Code § 1701.702","heading":"ADMINISTRATION OF EPINEPHRINE.","body":"(a) A law enforcement agency may acquire and possess epinephrine delivery systems and a peace officer may possess and administer an epinephrine delivery system in accordance with this subchapter.\n(b) A peace officer may possess and administer an epinephrine delivery system only if the peace officer has successfully completed training in the use of the device in a course approved by the commission.\n(c) The commission, in consultation with the Department of State Health Services, shall approve a training course on the administration of an epinephrine delivery system.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 653 (S.B. 1827), Sec. 1, eff.
