Occupations Code § 1701.704","heading":"MAINTENANCE AND ADMINISTRATION OF EPINEPHRINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS.","body":"A law enforcement agency that acquires and possesses epinephrine delivery systems under this subchapter shall adopt and implement a policy regarding the maintenance, administration, and disposal of the epinephrine delivery systems. The policy must:\n(1) establish a process for the agency to check the inventory of epinephrine delivery systems at regular intervals for expiration and replacement; and\n(2) require that the epinephrine delivery systems be stored in a secure location.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 653 (S.B. 1827), Sec. 1, eff.
