Occupations Code § 1702.041","heading":"CHIEF ADMINISTRATOR.","body":"(a) The chief administrator is responsible for the administration of this chapter under the direction of the public safety director. The chief administrator shall perform duties as prescribed by the public safety director.\n(b) The chief administrator is a full-time employee of the department.
