Occupations Code § 1702.1025","heading":"ELECTRONIC ACCESS CONTROL DEVICE COMPANY LICENSE REQUIRED; SCOPE OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) Unless the person holds a license as an electronic access control device company, a person may not:\n(1) act as an electronic access control device company;\n(2) offer to perform the services of an electronic access control device company; or\n(3) engage in business activity for which a license is required under this chapter.\n(b) A person licensed as an electronic access control device company may not install alarm systems unless otherwise licensed to install alarm systems under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 936, Sec. 3, eff.
