Occupations Code § 1702.115","heading":"ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR SECURITY SERVICES CONTRACTOR LICENSE.","body":"(a) An applicant for a company license to engage in the business of a security services contractor must have, before the date of the application, two consecutive years' experience in each security services field for which the person applies as an employee or owner of a security services contractor or satisfy other requirements set by the commission.\n(b) The applicant's experience must have been obtained legally and must be:\n(1) reviewed by the department; and\n(2) determined to be adequate to qualify the applicant to engage in the business of a security services contractor.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
