Occupations Code § 1702.118","heading":"EXAMINATION RESULTS.","body":"(a) Not later than the 30th day after the date a person takes a licensing examination under this chapter, the department shall notify the person of the examination results.\n(b) If an examination is graded or reviewed by a testing service:\n(1) the department shall notify the person of the examination results not later than the 14th day after the date the department receives the results from the testing service; and\n(2) if notice of the examination results will be delayed for longer than 90 days after the examination date, the department shall notify the person of the reason for the delay before the 90th day.\n(c) The department may require a testing service to notify a person of the results of the person's examination.\n(d) If requested in writing by a person who fails a licensing examination administered under this chapter, the department shall furnish the person with an analysis of the person's performance on the examination.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
