Occupations Code § 1702.129","heading":"NOTICE OF CERTAIN CHANGES; BRANCH OFFICES.","body":"(a) A company license holder shall notify the department not later than the 14th day after the date of:\n(1) a change of address for the company license holder's principal place of business;\n(2) a change of a name under which the company license holder does business; or\n(3) a change in the company license holder's officers or partners.\n(b) A company license holder shall notify the department in writing not later than the 14th day after the date a branch office:\n(1) is established;\n(2) is closed; or\n(3) changes address or location.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
