Occupations Code § 1702.204","heading":"PERSONAL PROTECTION OFFICER LICENSE; QUALIFICATIONS.","body":"(a) An applicant for a personal protection officer license must be at least 21 years of age and must provide:\n(1) a certificate of completion of the basic security officer training course;\n(2) proof that the applicant:\n(A) has been issued a security officer commission;\n(B) is employed at the time of application by an investigations company or guard company licensed by the department; and\n(C) has completed the required training in nonlethal self-defense or defense of a third person; and\n(3) proof of completion and the results of the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory psychological testing.\n(b) The commission by rule shall require an applicant for a personal protection officer license to complete the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory test.
