Occupations Code § 1702.232","heading":"POCKET CARDS.","body":"(a) The department shall issue a pocket card for each individual license holder under this chapter. A pocket card for an owner of a company license holder shall be issued to the company license holder.\n(b) The department shall determine the size, design, and content of the pocket card.\n(c) The pocket card must:\n(1) state the name of the individual license holder;\n(2) contain a photograph, affixed to the pocket card by the department at the time the card is issued, and the signature of the individual license holder; and\n(3) state the date the card was issued and the card's expiration date.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
