Occupations Code § 1702.234","heading":"TRANSFER OF INDIVIDUAL LICENSE.","body":"An individual license holder may transfer the holder's license from one employer to another employer if, not later than the 14th day after the date the individual license holder begins the new employment, the new employer notifies the department of the transfer of employment on a form prescribed by the commission accompanied by payment of the employee information update fee.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
