Occupations Code § 1702.372","heading":"RECUSAL OF COMMISSION MEMBER.","body":"(a) A commission member who participated in the investigation of a complaint of a violation of this chapter or in informal settlement negotiations regarding the complaint:\n(1) may not vote on the matter at a commission meeting related to the complaint; and\n(2) shall state at the meeting the reason for which the member is prohibited from voting on the matter.\n(b) A statement under Subsection (a)(2) shall be entered into the minutes of the meeting.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1146 (H.B. 2730), Sec. 4.94, eff.
