Occupations Code § 1704.103","heading":"DISBURSEMENTS FROM COUNTY FUND.","body":"(a) Fees deposited in the general fund of a county or in a separate county fund under Section 1704.101(2) may be used only to administer and enforce this chapter, including reimbursement for:\n(1) reasonable expenses incurred by the board in enforcing this chapter; and\n(2) actual expenses incurred by a board member in serving on the board.\n(b) For purposes of this section, serving on a board is an additional duty of a board member's office.
