Occupations Code § 1704.156","heading":"REAPPRAISAL OF REAL PROPERTY.","body":"(a) An appraisal district may not reappraise real property solely because the property owner is a license holder or an applicant for a license under this chapter.\n(b) An appraisal district is not prohibited from reappraising real property in connection with the appraisal of real property in the same general area or if the reappraisal is requested by the board, a license holder, or an applicant for a license.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
