Occupations Code § 1704.201","heading":"ACCEPTANCE OF LICENSE HOLDER BAIL BONDS.","body":"A sheriff shall accept or approve a bail bond executed by a license holder in the county in which the license holder is licensed if:\n(1) the bond is for a county or district case;\n(2) the bond is executed in accordance with this chapter and the rules adopted by the board; and\n(3) a bail bond is required as a condition of release of the defendant for whom the bond is executed.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
