Occupations Code § 171.019","heading":"DISPUTE RESOLUTION.","body":"(a) The interstate commission shall attempt, upon the request of a member state, to resolve disputes which are subject to the compact and that may arise among member states or member boards.\n(b) The interstate commission shall promulgate rules providing for both mediation and binding dispute resolution as appropriate.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 322 (H.B. 1616), Sec. 1, eff.
