Occupations Code § 1802.252","heading":"REVOCATION FOR CLAIM ON FUND.","body":"(a) The commission may revoke a license issued under this chapter if the department makes a payment from the fund as the result of an action of the license holder.\n(b) The commission may probate an order revoking a license.\n(c) An auctioneer or associate auctioneer is not eligible for a new license until the auctioneer or associate auctioneer has repaid in full the amount paid from the fund on the auctioneer's account, including interest.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
