Occupations Code § 1803.152","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTIES.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates this chapter.\n(b) An offense under this chapter is a Class A misdemeanor.\n(c) A corporation or association may be held criminally responsible for conduct by a person acting on its behalf if the person's conduct:\n(1) constitutes an offense under this chapter; and\n(2) is done with the knowledge and approval of the corporation or association.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
