Occupations Code § 1804.201","heading":"AUDIT BY ATTORNEY GENERAL.","body":"(a) The attorney general may request reasonable and necessary information from a veterans organization or a veterans organization solicitor for the purpose of auditing or verifying the representations contained in a registration statement.\n(b) The attorney general may audit representations made by a veterans organization solicitor during a solicitation to determine whether the solicitation complies with this chapter.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
