Occupations Code § 1902.152","heading":"LICENSE APPLICATION; EXAMINATION FEE.","body":"(a) An application for a license must contain:\n(1) the applicant's name;\n(2) the applicant's business address;\n(3) the applicant's permanent mailing address; and\n(4) any other information required by the department.\n(b) An applicant must pay to the department an examination fee at the time the application is submitted.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
