Occupations Code § 1951.054","heading":"PERSON PERFORMING PEST CONTROL WORK ON AGRICULTURAL LAND.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Sections 1951.212 and 1951.457(c), this chapter does not apply to a person or the person's employee who is engaged in the business of agriculture or aerial application or custom application of pesticides to agricultural lands.\n(b) A person described by Subsection (a) is not considered to be engaged in the business of structural pest control.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
