Occupations Code § 1951.201","heading":"SOLE LICENSING AUTHORITY; FEES.","body":"(a) The department is the sole authority in this state for licensing persons engaged in the business of structural pest control.\n(b) The department, with the advice of the committee, shall establish fees under this chapter in amounts reasonable and necessary to cover the costs of administering the department's programs and activities under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
