Occupations Code § 1951.203","heading":"STANDARDS AND CRITERIA FOR LICENSES.","body":"The department, with the advice of the committee, shall develop standards and criteria for issuing:\n(1) a structural pest control business license to a person engaged in the business of structural pest control;\n(2) a certified commercial applicator's license to an individual engaged in the business of structural pest control;\n(3) a certified noncommercial applicator's license to an individual; and\n(4) a technician license to an individual.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
