Occupations Code § 1951.255","heading":"ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION.","body":"(a) The department shall make available to the public information about each final enforcement action taken by the department against a person under this chapter. The department shall provide this information on its Internet website and in other appropriate publications.\n(b) The department may determine the format in which it will provide the information required under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 890 (H.B. 2458), Sec. 1.31, eff.
