Occupations Code § 1951.501","heading":"DISCIPLINARY POWERS OF COMMISSIONER RELATING TO STRUCTURAL PEST CONTROL.","body":"(a) In this section, \"parent company\" means an individual or a partnership, corporation, or other business entity holding one or more structural pest control business licenses.\n(b) On a determination that an applicant or structural pest control business license holder under a parent company has substantially failed to comply with the standards and rules established by the department under this chapter, after notice and a hearing, the commissioner may refuse to:\n(1) examine the applicant;\n(2) issue a license to the applicant; or\n(3) issue a business license to the parent company.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 506, Sec. 7.19(5), eff.
