Occupations Code § 1951.502","heading":"RIGHT TO HEARING.","body":"(a) If the commissioner proposes to suspend or revoke a person's license, the person is entitled to a hearing before the commissioner or a hearings officer appointed by the commissioner.\n(b) The commissioner shall establish procedures by which a decision to suspend or revoke a license is made by or is appealable to the commissioner.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
