Occupations Code § 1951.603","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person:\n(1) violates this chapter;\n(2) violates a rule adopted under Section 1951.205 or 1951.206; or\n(3) intentionally makes a false statement in an application for a license or otherwise fraudulently obtains or attempts to obtain a license.\n(b) Each day a violation occurs is a separate offense.\n(c) Except as otherwise provided by this subsection, an offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor. An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor if the person has been convicted previously of an offense under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
