Occupations Code § 1953.106","heading":"RENEWAL OF CERTIFICATE.","body":"To renew a certificate of registration under this chapter, a professional sanitarian must:\n(1) pay to the department a renewal fee prescribed by the commission by rule; and\n(2) provide proof of completion of any applicable continuing education requirements prescribed by the commission by rule.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
