Occupations Code § 1954.107","heading":"RESTRICTED LICENSE FOR CERTAIN APPLICANTS.","body":"(a) An individual may apply for a restricted license as an asbestos abatement supervisor without the experience the executive commissioner by rule may require to be licensed as an asbestos abatement supervisor if the individual:\n(1) is an employee of a building owner or manager; and\n(2) meets all other qualifications or requirements for a license.\n(b) The authority granted by a license issued under this section is restricted to supervising those practices and procedures described by 40 C.F. R. Part 763, Subpart E, Appendix B, relating to small-scale, short-duration operations, maintenance, and repair activities involving asbestos-containing materials, for buildings under the control of the license holder's employer.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
