Occupations Code § 1954.202","heading":"NOTICE OF LICENSE EXPIRATION.","body":"At least one month before a license issued under this chapter expires, the department shall send by first-class mail to the license holder at the license holder's last known address a notice that states:\n(1) the date on which the license expires;\n(2) the date by which the renewal application must be received by the department for the renewal to be issued and mailed before the license expires; and\n(3) the amount of the renewal fee.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
