Occupations Code § 1954.205","heading":"TERM OF REGISTRATION; PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION RENEWAL.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner shall set the term of registration of an asbestos abatement worker.\n(b) The procedures provided by this subchapter for the renewal of a license apply to the renewal of an asbestos abatement worker registration.\n(c) An asbestos abatement worker who is required to complete periodic retraining must submit evidence of that retraining with the worker's application for renewal.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
