Occupations Code § 1954.304","heading":"ACTION BASED ON COMPLAINTS AGAINST ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SUPERVISOR.","body":"(a) If the department receives three validated complaints against an asbestos abatement supervisor regarding noncompliance with this chapter, the department shall:\n(1) revoke the supervisor's license; and\n(2) issue to the supervisor a registration.\n(b) A registration issued under this section expires six months from the date of issuance. The asbestos abatement supervisor may reapply for a license after the registration expires.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff. June 1, 2003.","path":["OCCUPATIONS CODE","TITLE 12.
