Occupations Code § 1955.103","heading":"ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY.","body":"(a) The department may impose an administrative penalty on a person who violates this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter. The amount of the penalty may not exceed $5,000 for each day of the violation.\n(b) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules relating to the imposition and collection of an administrative penalty.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
