Occupations Code § 1956.014","heading":"FEES; REPORTS.","body":"(a) The commission by rule shall prescribe fees in reasonable amounts sufficient to cover the costs of administering this chapter, including fees for:\n(1) an initial application for a certificate of registration;\n(2) issuance of a certificate of registration;\n(3) issuance of a renewal certificate of registration; and\n(4) issuance of a duplicate certificate of registration or duplicate renewal certificate of registration.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 595 (S.B. 616), Sec. 3.010(1), eff.
