Occupations Code § 1956.030","heading":"FIXED LOCATION.","body":"(a) A metal recycling entity shall at all times maintain a fixed location and use the fixed location to at least partly conduct an activity described by Section 1956.001(7).\n(b) A metal recycling entity shall maintain a fixed location as required by Subsection (a) for each certificate of registration held by the metal recycling entity.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 269 (S.B. 224), Sec. 3.06, eff.
