Occupations Code § 1956.061","heading":"EFFECT ON OTHER LAWS AND ORDINANCES.","body":"This subchapter does not:\n(1) excuse noncompliance with another state law or municipal ordinance covering the reporting, holding, or releasing of crafted precious metal;\n(2) prohibit a municipality from enacting, amending, or enforcing an ordinance relating to a dealer; or\n(3) supersede a municipal ordinance except to the extent the ordinance does not require reporting for transactions involving crafted precious metal.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
