September 1, 2007.\n(2) \"Motor vehicle\" has the meaning assigned by Section 541.201, Transportation Code.\n(3) \"PCB-containing capacitor\" means a capacitor that contains polychlorinated biphenyls and is regulated under the federal Toxic Substances Control Act (15 U.S.C. Section 2601 et seq.).\n(4) \"Person\" means an individual, corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, or other business entity.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
