Occupations Code § 1956.105","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates this subchapter.\n(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:\n(1) a fine of not more than $1,000;\n(2) confinement in the county jail for not more than 60 days; or\n(3) both the fine and the confinement.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
