Occupations Code § 1956.122","heading":"APPLICABILITY; EFFECT OF LAW.","body":"(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, this subchapter applies to the purchase or acquisition, from a person described by Section 1956.002(1), of a catalytic converter removed from a motor vehicle.\n(b) This subchapter does not affect any requirement under Subchapter A-3, including any requirement applicable to the purchase or acquisition of a catalytic converter removed from a motor vehicle from a person not described by Section 1956.002(1).\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 269 (S.B. 224), Sec. 3.07, eff.
