Occupations Code § 1956.132","heading":"APPLICABILITY; EFFECT OF LAW.","body":"(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, this subchapter applies to the purchase or acquisition, from a person described by Section 1956.002(1), of copper or brass material.\n(b) This subchapter does not affect any requirement under Subchapter A-3, including any requirement applicable to the purchase or acquisition of copper or brass material from a person not described by Section 1956.002(1).\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 319 (S.B. 1646), Sec. 2.04, eff.
