Occupations Code § 1956.153","heading":"HEARING.","body":"(a) A person whose application for a certificate of registration is denied, whose certificate of registration is suspended or revoked, or who is reprimanded is entitled to a hearing before the department if the person submits to the department a written request for the hearing.\n(b) A hearing is governed by department rules for a contested hearing and by Chapter 2001, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1316 (S.B. 1154), Sec. 4, eff.
